Competitive Masters Rowing North Of Boston

GLR Masters trains on 13,000 meters of the Merrimack River, minutes from Routes 93 and 495, in a setting that feels far from the noise. We race to win and build programs that last: durable athletes, strong social support, and room for real careers and family life.

Adult Rowing And Masters Crew Training Built To Last

GLR Masters is a competitive masters and adult rowing program serving athletes from across the Merrimack Valley and Boston North. We welcome former collegiate rowers, experienced masters racers, and recreational adult rowers ready to level up and collect hardware.

The crew trains hard, competes with purpose, and supports one another fully. We compete with others, not against each other, and we build speed inside real adult lives with professional and family commitments.

Sustainable Winning

  • Physical resilience: get faster and stay healthy.
  • Social support: train in a team culture where athletes push together.
  • Life balance: pursue speed without sacrificing career or family.
